Who we are

This website is run by Ms Kaashvi Sethi for her practice, Mind Realm, in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. She is responsible (the “Data Fiduciary”) for the personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect:

• your name
• your phone number and/or email address
• the type of enquiry you choose (for example, Parent or School)
• your message

Why we collect it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange a session or workshop. We do not use them for marketing, and we never add you to a mailing list.

How your enquiry is sent

The form is sent securely (over HTTPS) from our website to an email form service, which delivers it to Kaashvi's inbox. To keep out spam, the form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks basic technical information about your browser. Our website host keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram, by phone or by email, those services handle your messages under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again.

Optional cookies, such as anonymous analytics, are only ever used if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

We don't sell or share your data

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. It is only shared with the service providers mentioned above, so that the website and form can work, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need to reply and follow up, and delete them within 12 months. If you go on to become a client, your records are kept as required for professional practice.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you (access)
• correct, complete or update it (correction)
• delete it (erasure), or withdraw any consent you have given
• nominate someone to act for you if you are unable to

How to make a request or complaint

Email mindrealm777@gmail.com with your request. We will reply as soon as we can, and within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

Not for emergencies or medical details

This website and its contact form are not monitored around the clock and are not for emergencies. If you or someone else is in danger, please call 112 or contact your local emergency services.

Please don't send detailed medical or personal health information through the form — a short note is enough, and we can talk about the details in person.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
